What is the cost to register?

Nothing. There are no registration fees. Note, we don't make false claims about costs unlike some other agencies!

How much does it cost to create a profile or post a casting?

There are no costs or hidden charges to create a profile. Cost specifics for upgrades to talent profiles are explained here. Costs for upgrades can also be found within your Account Information Page after login and going to "My Account".

If you have a casting requirement you can create an entry for free. Simply register and once completed create an entry under the relevant category.

How do I upload my YouTube Video Showreel?

Copy the URL or ID from YouTube for your showreel, and paste it into the box area provided on the "Media Upload Page" when creating your profile or when editing your profiles details at a later date. This is not available to all users. If you don't see and "Add Video" option within your account this feature is not available for your account type.

How do I get my "Showcased Profiles" image to fit neatly in the frame on the front page?

Simply ensure the dimensions are 321 x 321 or 421 x 421 and your featured image will fit neatly into the showcased profiles image frame.

Is frootful Talent secure?

Yes. Your interactions and if relevant transactions are protected by the latest encryption technology.

Where do I send the required legal information about my child

Please send all legally required information for your child to the agency address, which can be found if you CLICK HERE.

I have a Discount Code, where do I enter it?

Enter any discount code, coupon or promo code at the end of the profile creation process. This will discount the total amount due for any upgraded and/or extra options selected by the value of the discount code given. You have complete control over the process.

How do I find Talent I'm looking for?

You have several options:

• We offer a "quick search" bar at the top of our pages for you to enter keywords and categories to search.
• We offer an Advanced Search page for you to refine your search criteria.
• If you already know what you are looking for you can browse the categories listed on the left side of the site's pages.

Can I save talent or casting profiles to revisit later?

Yes. You can maintain your own "favourites" list within your account. Each profile entry on our site has an "add to favourites" link. Simply click that link and we will add the profile to your favourites list.

What if I can't find what I am looking for?

You can set up search filters within your account area. Our site will then screen all new talent or casting profiles, as they are placed on the site, and if a profile is created that meets your filter (search) criteria, we will automatically send you an email notification.
